| Description | Criminal liability of legal entities is nowadays full-featured part of Czech criminal law. In a same way, legal entities has established as one of two types of subjects against whom the criminal proceedings is pending. Nevertheless, on this type of criminal proceedings it can be clearly demonstrated how criminal proceedings as whole is still subjected to permanent change and development. This change takes form of collision between affected fundamental rights and protected interests of those, against who the criminal proceeding is pending and the entire purpose of criminal proceedings. This contribution is subjected to those collisions that takes part in field of criminal proceedings against legal entities. |
