| Description | A new method for determination of cholesteryl esters using surface assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (SALDI MS) was developed. The advantage of this methode is that it can identify various cholesteryl esters by simple tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) analysis without previous separation step. |
