| Description | The thesis deals with the relationship of combat systems, such as martial arts, combative sports, self-defence to the aggressiveness of their trainees. Theoretical analysis of the problem is documented by examples of research that mention the potential of aggression reduction (Kuśnierz, Cynarski, & Litwiniuk, 2014; Pačesová & Putala, 2017). Aggression tendencies were detected using the BPAQ (Buss & Perry, 1992)tool, however, with a different methodology. The result of the thesis is methodological recommendations for further research. This should be done on a larger sample of combat and non-combat athletes using the Aggression Questionnaire (Buss & Warren, 2017) to refine the data on the aggressiveness of participating in combat system training. |
