| Description | The authors of submitted conference contribution deal with issue of pecuniary criminal measure as well as possibility of conditional suspension of its performance within criminal policy applied towards juvenile offenders in the Czech Republic. They focus mainly on reasons of state of the Czech application practice that uses these criminal measures only very occasionally, while they try to present possible proposals that could lead to increased application of these measures towards juveniles. According to their opinion, these can represent very effective sanctions with satisfactory educational results in certain cases. |
