Description Dealing with methodology for practical use in corporate management is a double-edged issue. A reader who only quickly skims such a paper can easily categorize it as useless philosophy. My paper “On abductive reasoning for strategic cases solution,” published last year, attracted the attention of readers who were open to new approaches and did not shrink from contemplating the procedures outlined in it. Encouraged by the praise of my colleagues and participants at the ISCOBEMM conference, I decided to show how deep the rabbit hole goes and developed the strictly methodological approach into a practical application in the form of a case study. However, the lack of research into the topic and its significant complexity requires the proposed application of abductive reasoning to strategic cases solution to be put into a certain context. From the beginning, the three methods were meant to be used in the framework of the stakeholder approach, which served as the core for a new methodology of strategic management, enriched by game theory. The aim of this paper, therefore, is to introduce the new methodology of strategic management based on the stakeholder approach with a new structuring of the entrepreneurial environment in accordance with game theory. It also introduces schemes of handling decisionmaking situations with the solver having access to information typical for corporate practice, in which the proposed abductive reasoning application is ideal to differentiate the cooperative and competitive aspect of the relationship.
