| Description | This chapter deals with issue of the criminal law sannctions from the view of the attitudes to the punishment in the Penal Code, their evolution and current state, all of them on the level of legal regulation and also practice. Firstly, the author characterizes the system of criminal law sanctions in the Penal Code adopted. Then, she deals with the most important changes of legal regulation during the last ten years. Finally, she ponders current trends of the policy of punishment. |
