Description The subject is the elaboration of a study of socio-economic impacts of reconstructions and possible increase of capacity (without increasing the class of road) of backbone roads II. classes as a starting point for the document Analysis of Regional Strategies and Targeting of Interventions from the Structural Funds in the South-East Cohesion Region for the next programming period of the EU Economic, Social and Territorial Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 (Mobility and Transport Infrastructure priority with expected funding from the Structural Funds). The evaluation of the socio-economic impacts of the selected roads will be related to the level of the affected ORP territorial districts and carried out on the basis of the approved set of criteria, described in more detail in the following chapter. It is a study evaluating and comparing the socio-economic impacts of reconstructions resp. modernization of selected backbone roads II. classes in the South-East cohesion region: roads 152, 360, 374, 377, 379, 380, 385, 394, 405, 413 and 602. Research study deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the reconstruction of the most important roads of the II. class of the region South-East on the basis of the original methodology - the criteria of relevance, usefulness, integration, stimulation and sustainability. The practical result is defining of appropriate priorities for reconstruction.
