Description A legal entity is not a entity endowed with the ability to act legally independently (act directly), therefore each of its legal actions has to be done by another entity (a legal entity always acts indirectly), either directly by a natural person or by a legal entity for whom a natural person acts again. Given that criminal proceeding can be brought against both natural person and legal entity and is usually conducted against a natural person acting on behalf of a legal entity, it is understandable that this natural person cannot act on behalf of a legal entity in a given criminal proceedings. This raises the question of how to solve this problem.
