| Description | Tenders are one of the forms of public procurement that are used in specific services related to the procedure in providing transport services. The legislation is based on a regulation of the European Union. In 2010, Act No. 194/2010, brought tenders as the primary and, since 2023, the only possible way how to tender a carrier. The aim of the paper is to analyse the legisla-tion based on an analysis of decision-making practice, legislation and data from tenders, whether it leads to the competitive environment and increase the efficiency and to analyse its weaknesses. |
