| Description | The text offers an insight into the matter of an employment contract of an orchestra player. Firstly, it deals with the question regarding commencement of the employment law relationship of instrumentalists, who work based on such basic employment law relationship (not only) in symphonic orchestras (or else, philharmonics). The very core of the contribution represents an analysis of selected branch specifics relating to agreed employment contracts. Besides the obligatory requirements (especially type as well as place of work), it accents (from the group of the common voluntary ones) remuneration, here in relation to employees of domestic orchestral bodies being remunerated by a public-sector salary. |
