Description The present chapter follows the explanation relating to putting into effect the right to equal treatment in employment and occupation. It analyses the exceptions from the right to equal treatment in labour relations. First, it aims to explanation of genuine and determining occupational requirements. Subsequently, it deals with the positive action in relation to the principle of equality in employment. Particular attention is paid to specific regulation concerning age as prohibited grounds of discrimination and the exception from the right to equal treatment based on religion or belief at selected employers.
