| Description | he present paper aims to the obligation of the regional branch of the Employment office to delete a natural person from the Job Seekers’ register under conditions laid down by law in recent case-law. It analyses the most frequent breaches of obligation of job seekers, inter alia, the refusal to take up a suitable job, obstruction of cooperation with the Employment Office or engagement of illegal work. Moreover, it deals wit consequences of deletion from the job seekers’ register n practice. |
