| Description | The article responds to the plenary finding of the Constitutional Court, no. Pl. ÚS 21/22 of 13/12/2022, which rejected the proposal to cancel Title III, i.e. § 96 of Act No. 218/2003 on Juvenile Justice. The contribution briefly summarizes and analyzes the reasons for both the submission of this proposal and, in particular, for its rejection by the Constitutional Court. At the same time, the authors propose for discussion the possibility of a course of action to improve the current situation, which led to the cited proposal to repeal part of the law. |
