| Description | Infringement of copyright, rights related to copyright and database rights enumerates the individual rights that are the object of protection under criminal law. However, if we compare the enumeration of the rights men- tioned in Czech Criminal Act in force with the regulation in the Czech Copyright Act in force, we necessarily conclude that two types of holders of rights related to copyright – the rights of the publisher and the rights of the first publisher – are omitted from the criminal protection of rights. The following article analysis questions as outlined above and deals with its possible solution. |
