Description 585 / 5 000 Výsledky překladu Výsledek překladu Free-living small mammals are important reservoirs of infections referred to as "vector borne diseases", the spread of which is ensured with the help of hematophagous arthropods, especially ticks Ixodes ricinus. The aim of the work was to determine the prevalence rate of pathogenic microorganisms Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., Coxiella burnetii, Erhlichia sp. and Francisella tularensis in small mammals caught in three different locations around Brno (landfill, village and protected landscape area) and assess the level of infection risk in the affected area human activity or without their influence.
