| Description | Feelings of sadness, alienation, exclusion and shame. These are the emotions experienced by children of incarcerated parents. Some of them need to grow up faster and take responsibility. Self-harm also appears. This was shown in a three-year study on Parenting Behind Bars, carried out by Masaryk University in Brno and the International Prison Community. |
