| Description | The subject of the present paper is an analysis of the issue of the debtor's spouse as a party to the enforcement proceedings, from the perspective of Slovak, Czech, Polish and Italian legislation. At the same time, the paper focuses on the mutual comparison of the legal regulations of the selected Member States in order to define their mutual differences with reference to the chosen issue. The aim of the paper is to provide an overview and evaluation of the most important aspects and areas of this issue for the general public as well as for knowledgeable readers. |
