| Description | Different ways of PCR ready DNA matrix preparation from contaminated foods were tested. It was shown that Ca2+ ions inluenced PCR identification of bacteria in milk samples.Inhibitors of PCR of protein nature were proved in dried eggs. They can be eliminated using proteinase K and by boiling. Bacteria of genus Salmonella and Campylobacter contain PCR inhibitors. |
