Description The paper presents the part of the results of the research into organizational values of Czech manufacturing companies which was carried out within the grant project GACR no. 402/02/0114 entitled "Organizational Culture of Czech Companies". Respondents of the research were representatives of top and middle-level management. The aim of this part of the research was to find out if the customer focused values are the part of the content of organizational culture of companies investigated.
