| Description | The article deals with the issue of the inaction of an administrative authority as it is regulated in the Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Code of Administrative Proceedings. It sets the issue into the relevant scope of the principles of Good Governance; it presents legal instruments that prevent the inaction of an administrative authority. The article describes the procedure of solving of the inaction according to the Code of Administrative Proceedings, including following judicial protection against inaction of an administrative authority. It also draws the attention to the legal regulation of the liability for the damage caused by the illegal inaction of an administrative authority. |
