| Description | Types of school culture are identified in this contribution based on the response of elementary school headteachers in the Czech republic. We explore whether and how the reaction of headteachers indicates the participation of adults in the functioning of some major areas of school life. Through the extent of participation and responsibility we try to detect whether school culture shows the nature of the culture of adults of that of pedagogic culture (as two significant types of school culture). |
