| Description | The purpose of this article is to provide an analytic description of that part of the Draft of the New Civil code, which deals with a new regulation of law on foundations in the Czech Republic and compare this with the legal regulation in the Netherlands and in the Switzerland. In the Netherlands and also in the Switzerland is the position of foundations well defined and I find very useful to search for the inspiration in the legal orders of those countries. |
