• Description: Real time PCR is a method used to monitor the amplification of a polymerace chain reaction products in real time. I tis able to detect minimal amounts of nucleic acid with high specificity and sensitivity. This review focuses on the use of real-time PCR in the investigation of multiple myeloma.
