| Description | The contribution brings some reflections and notes relating to the influence and effect of the principle of proportionality and principle of legitimate expectations within public administration authorities activities and decision-making, and in the shphere of judicial review over executive and and self-govenmental bodies in the Czech Republic. Short explanation of the origins, meaning and content of the principles and requirements imposed on administrative authorities is followed by brief insight into the origins, rather complicated history and gradual development oh these requirements, with the European and international human rights standards influence, and the principles of Good Governance as well, and by the outline of present situation and trends in the legal regulation, adminsitrative practise and judicial review in this field. |
