• Description: In this paper we show an example of use the detection of chromosomal abnormalities (deletion 13q14, translocation t(4;14), deletion 17q13 and gain 1q21) using modified fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and following searching for the impact of chromosomal abnormalities to succesful treatment of multiple myeloma patients.
