Description Bone marrow microvascular density evaluation is a confi rmed prognostic factor in myeloma patients. We described our primary results and experiencies with this Metod. We evaluated together 59 patients bone marrow samples, who were treated according to same protocol. Patients were diveded into three groups. Patients with low degree of MVD 29% (17/59) , 47% (28/59) patients with midle degree of MVD and 24% (14/59) patients with high degree of MVD. Patients with high degree of MVD had statisticaly signifi cantly (p=0,002) decreased median of overall survival (31month) comparable to patients with low degree of MVD (78 month).
