| Description | This text primarily deals with public income issue and it is especially focused on tax law. It places special emphasis on the European aspect which influences national law systems of the EU member states. The attention in this text is dedicated to the EU harmonisation. The goal of the European Union is to strengthen Europe's economy by creating an internal free market and promotion of harmonisation in field of financial law (and especially tax law)systems is very helpful in achieving this target. |
