| Description | Spontaneous pneumothorax is an uncommon clinical entity that can be life- threating if not recognized and treated in time. Autors present rare case of young pacient with spontaneous hemopneumothorax of combined etiology solved with video.- assisted thoracoscopic surgery. The cause of bleeding in this case was torn adhesion from hemangioma in upper lobe of right lung. Treatment of this severe disease is discussed. |
