| Description | The contribution analyses legal regulation of parental responsibility and similar institutions in historical context in the region of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Development of parental rights and duties attaining and of the content of such rights and duties is under observation. Legal regulations were based on the same codex during the fifties and sixties in the 20th century. But some progression occurred during following years and interesting finding is that inclinations to convergence of legal regulations are tangible, although significant differences were evident in some periods of development. |
