| Description | The paper deals with trade secret, first under the First Republic law against unfair competition No. 111/1927 Coll. (Section 13), then under the current legislation in the Commercial Code (Section 17 to 20). It briefly brings three decisions of the Supreme Court on the protection of trade secret (protection against unfair competition), which implies that the case law on this issue is relatively stable and uniform. The end of the paper is devoted to the duration, methods of confidentiality of trade secret and selected decisions of the ECJ in the right to protect trade secret. |
