Description | This interim report revealed that there is no significant influence of CD44s, CD44v4 and CD44v6 expression with regard to distinguishing MGUS and MM. The unique finding from this study is inverse correlation between CD44v isoforms and BMPCs. We are expecting CD44v4 and CD44v6 isoform could serve as a prognostic marker in MM and moreover this should be confirmed in large cohort of pts. |
