• Description: The Brno normative school, represented by his founder František Weyr, constituted before the Second World War important school of legal thinking. Ota Weinberger as outstanding pupil of František Weyr created the new legal approach - institutional legal positivism. Together with Scottish legal theorist Neil MacCormick he formulated institutional theory of law with the conception of law as institutional fact.
