| Description | The values of tolerance and equality belong to the fundamental values of a democratic society. In a legal formulation, they represent the basis of a non-discriminating legal and social environment. The value of tolerance is not confirmed by law, it acts as an extra-system principle of law. Just and non-discriminatory redistribution of social assets is not only a prerequisite for legal equality and social equality of opportunity, but also a moral claim of each citizen towards the society. |
