| Description | This article deals with the questions of the child as a participant of the civil proceedings in the cases of domestic violence. The child may be very often the victim of the attack in the cases of domestic violence. The attack may be caused by the parent or by another person that lives with the child in common dwelling. The aim of this article is not only to describe the elementary questions of domestic violence but also to solve questions connected with the civil proceedings. |
