| Description | Presenting evidence in procceding as a way of uderstanding is the central concept of the entire administrative procedure. The article deals highlights selected differences of this process in administrative procedure commenced by a party to the case on one hand, and administrative procedure instigated by an administrative authority on the other. The article deals with the obligations imposed both on the parties involved and on the administrative authority by the Rules of Administrative Procedure. The paper also refers to the decision-making activities of courts that specify legal provisions and outline their possible application. |
