| Description | Anthracyclines are used for therapy of ALL in childhood even theirs cardiotoxicity. We have found significantly lower baroreflex sensitivity in children treated by anthracyclines compare to healthy controls of the same age. The result shows impairment of autonomous nervous system 5 and more years after successful therapy for malignant disease. |
