| Description | The text aims to explore the relationship between alectoral- and party systems in the context of development of Fijian Party system. We argue that electoral system not only influenced national party competion but has profound influence of the intraethical competitive segments. Without taking this in account, our understanding of the Fijian case would be imperfect at best. |
