The project focuses on postwar labor law in 1945-1948. Labor law, influenced ravaged national economy, was modified and adapted to the needs of reconstruction. Towards the end of the period under labor law evident growing influence of socialism. The purpose of the project will be comprehensively accommodate, at the same time to understand and explain the basic institutes of labor law that period. The operational goal will also specifications for particular types of employment relationships.
