The legislation on criminal liability of legal entities has been "grafted" onto a legislation calculating solely with perpetrators - natural persons, thus facing specific limits and application problems. The aim of the project is to analyse this legislation and subsequently use the findings in order to streamline the practical application of this legislation and to make creative suggestions for the use of new technologies in criminal proceedings against an accused legal entity.
