| Description | Rules of Administrative Procedure are undoubtedly among the most important legal regulations that the Czech administrative law deals with and in the area of administrative procedure it is the essential regulation. The main aim of my article is to analyze the question of procedure language in the Czech Republic. By addressing specific issues - Who pays for the costs of an interpreter in administrative proceedings? The article also addresses guarantees procedural protection of seriously handicapped persons.
