Description On 01/01/2012 Act No. 418/2011 Coll., On the criminal liability of legal entities and proceedings against them, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “TOPO”) came into effect. Thus, legal entities can also be the perpetrators of crimes - but not all of them and not without others. One of the conditions for the criminal liability of a legal entity is the so-called “attribution” of a crime to a legal entitty. The issue of attribution is a complex issue which mainly addresses the group of persons whose conduct is attributable to a legal person. This paper aims to analyze the issue in more detail in selected crimes against life and health.
