| Description | The study deals with the forms and changes of the planning in Baťa's concern on the example of the project of transfer of employees in the time of coming Second World War. Although similar simplifications expressed by projects and plans were supposed to reduce, prescribe and simplify a social reality, planning is understood as a process of communication realized by all its participants, i.e. by designers, makers and users, to varied extent. The mutual expectations and obligations resulting from the personal and subjective motivations should have met on the occasion of the dialogue of the participants; thereby the resulting effect went beyond the original motivations and standards of the firm's management. |
