Popis The legal science is full of stories, narratives or myths defining what the law is. These narratives are presumed and elements consistent with them may not to be proved. One of these narratives tells that it is usual and acceptable that norms or principles create coherent system. I think that this story about coherent legal system is only narrative and it is impossible to practically demonstrate the existence of the system itself. May be it is possible to consider the legal system as a myth – the system of law establishes a part of legal mythology. Proposed paper will focus on these narrative (or mythological) conception of system of law. It is possible to accept the teleological methodology as narrative so it is possible to reflect the systematic methodology as narrative as well. Systematic approaches also reflect some legal narratives – at least the narrative about the science triumphing at law. Then systematic methodology is narrative establishing the formal system of law.
