| Popis | This chapter attempts to outline the issue of international police cooperation from the Czech point of view, as a topic of increasing actuality within the European union. It deals with the theoretical aspects of organization and legal basis of such cooperation, as well as the problems which occur in practice within the acquisition of materials for criminal proceedings. Finally, it tries to summarize the actual assets of the Czech police cooperation with neighbouring countries, but also the queries which arise with regard to making the disclosure of criminal activity in cross border measure more effective. |
