| Popis | This study deals with the topic of chronicle novel. At the beginning, there is explained the term chronicle novel and various conceptions. Then follows the profile of Dobrica Ćosić and Väinö Linna (authors chosen for excerption), short introduction of their pieces and description of action of their novels. The pieces are examined with due regard to action (both taking into account the historical situation at the time, the family and human situation) and characters; then follows spatiotemporal concept of the novels. Throughout the work, the novels are subject to comparison and the author tries to find out, what these novels have, despite the fact of area and conditions of origin, in common and what makes them different. |
