| Popis | The Czech Republic as modern legal state sets its cultural policy to fulfil its cultural function. This contribution deals with the content of our cultural policy. Beside that I will focus on some possible trends of our cultural policy in the future. All these areas will be examined in the context of legal regulation of culture in the European Union. The aim of this paper is to answer the question of the current Czech cultural policy is consistent to the trends of the international and European cultural policy and if this connection could cause the improvement of the Czech cultural policy. |
