| Popis | The speech was requested and delivered in the course of "Recodification Thursday", a series of lectures for expert public on the completed proposal of a new code of criminal procedure, taking place under the aegis of the dean of Faculty of Law, Charles University and organized by the local Department of criminal law. My presentation focused on an overview of the proposal's chapter covering searching for, discovering and securing information, items, electronic data, documents and persons important for criminal procedure. It introduced the new conception, pointed out the most important novelties and discussed controvertial parts. |
