| Popis | Methyl 2-[3-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-yl)thioureido]alkanoates bearing an amino acid ester residue were prepared by a novel three step sequential reaction of N-(2-cyanophenyl)benzimidoyl isothioyanate with amino acid methyl ester hydrochlorides. Some chemoselective reactions of methyl 2-[3-(2-phenylquinazolin-4-yl)thioureido]alkanoates with alkyl halides were studied. |
