• Popis: Results of ongoing project of MJ focused on influence of water alkality on distribution of fish parasites were briefly presented. During the first sampling in 2008, a total of 359 fishes representing 30 species, 25 genera and 18 families were examined. All groups of metazoan parasitic organisms (incl. Myxozoa) were detected and sampled for various structural and molecular analyses during complex parasitological examinations.
