| Popis | The following text deals with the urban sociology in the work of Inocenc Arnošt Bláha - the founder of the Brnos department of sociology. Bláhas sociology of the city is a pioneering work in the context of Czech sociology and an original contribution to the world sociological theory of the city. His work presents the first Czech empirical research of the city as well as the first Czech urban sociological theory and his sociological functionalism is an original theoretical approach to the study of the city. At the end of the text is focus on Bláhas sociological reception of motion pictures and the value of Bláhas survey in Brno after second world war. |
